Listing your rental on GengSewa.com is completely free. There are no setup or subscription fees — you only pay a small platform fee when a successful booking is completed.
Platform Fee
For each successful booking, a platform fee (minimum RM10 + a small percentage of the booking value) will be automatically deducted before host payout. This ensures we can continue maintaining, improving, and marketing the platform sustainably. Hosts can view all related deductions via their Host Receipt in the account dashboard.
